Yesterday (Nov. 30), I almost tried to roast 300 g of green coffee beans in this 18 cm diameter sieve. 昨日(11/30)ã¯、ã“ã®ç›´å¾„18 cmã®ã–ã‚‹ã§ç”Ÿè±†(ãã¾ã‚、ãªã¾ã¾ã‚)ã‚’300 g焙煎ã—よã†ã¨æ€ã„ã¾ã—ãŸ。 I thought of ways to attach a wooden handle to the sieve and wrap aluminum foil around the sieve. I was unable to find good ways, so I decided to go to the second hand store again, hoping to find other cheap items suitable for coffee roasting. I bought this 19 cm diameter kettle for 380 yen. ã“ã®ã–ã‚‹ã«æœ¨ã®å–ã£æ‰‹ã‚’付ã‘ã¦、アルミホイルをã–ã‚‹ã®å‘¨ã‚Šã«è²¼ã‚‹æ–¹æ³•を考ãˆãŸã®ã§ã™ãŒ、ã„ã„補方法ãŒè¦‹ã¤ã‹ã‚‰ãªã„ã®ã§、ã¾ãŸãƒªã‚µã‚¤ã‚¯ãƒ«ã‚·ãƒ§ãƒƒãƒ—ã«è¡Œã£ã¦、コーヒー焙煎ã«é©ã—ãŸä½•ã‹å®‰ã„ã‚‚ã®ã‚’探ã—ã¾ã—ãŸ。ã“ã®ç›´å¾„19 cmã®ã‚„ã‹ã‚“ã‚’380円ã§è²·ã„ã¾ã—ãŸ。
I also bought this big enameled pot for 1,500 yen. ã“ã®å¤§ããªãƒ›ãƒ¼ãƒãƒ¼é‹ã‚‚1,500円ã§è²·ã„ã¾ã—ãŸ。
I liked this particular pot because it can be used as a steamer, too. ã“ã®ãƒãƒƒãƒˆã¯è’¸ã—器ã¨ã—ã¦ã‚‚使ãˆã‚‹ã®ã§æ°—ã«å…¥ã‚Šã¾ã—ãŸ。
Besides, I fell in love with these cute bears at first sight. ãれã«ã“ã®ã‹ã‚ã„ã„ãã¾ã•ã‚“ãŸã¡ã«ä¸€ç›®ã¼ã‚Œã—ãŸã®ã§。

I've been interested to know how good their coffees would be. Both coffees were much worse than I had expected, especially the 7-11 one. Last night, my family had both Le Lectier and La France at the same time after supper. 昨晩ã¯å¤•飯ã®å¾Œã«ãƒ«ãƒã‚§ã‚¯ãƒã‚§ã¨ãƒ©ãƒ•ãƒ©ãƒ³ã‚¹ã‚’åŒæ™‚ã«é£Ÿã¹ã¾ã—ãŸ。

Today (Dec. 1), I tried to roast 315 g of Colombian coffee beans in the kettle shown above. I wanted to dark roast them so that they would be suitable for iced coffee (coffee jelly, to be more precise), but probably due to the heat capacity of the portable burner, the beans wouldn't get darker. After all, I roasted them for about 12 minutes. The weight loss was only 10 g. é‡ã•ã¯10 g減ã£ãŸã ã‘ã§ã™。 Now, the main event of the day. ã•ã¦、今日ã®ãƒ¡ã‚¤ãƒ³ã‚¤ãƒ™ãƒ³ãƒˆ。 315 g of green beans: 生豆315 g:
